Here is a really tough one. I haven't mastered it yet, but the research and data are pretty convincing.
Get enough sleep. Chronic inadequate sleep negatively affects your immune system, mental health and weight control efforts.
If only getting enough sleep was as simple as it sounds.
I have a really difficult time getting enough sleep. If I'm going to sleep early, I end up worrying about all the stuff I'm not getting done (not that I would actually be getting that done if I were not sleeping, but...).

If only. Being tired makes your body produce more cortisol, I think it is, and that makes your body store fat. I'm trying to be in bed at 9 every night, lights out by 10. I'm not doing great, but I'm trying.
