Weighing in

This morning after I showered and dressed I weighed and measured:

166.8 lbs
35.5 inch waist
28.63 BMI

Here goes nothing...

  1. You can do it. Healthy foods and a walk every day will make the difference.

  2. I haven't gone for one walk yet, because (is it bad to admit this?) I HATE walking with the kids! They are SO SLOW. When we're out to hang out it is fine, but if I want exercise they drive me nuts.

    But I have been eating healthier (less!) and eating more salad.

  3. I would say wake up earlier to go for a walk, but there's no way to walk up any earlier than your kids...crazy little hosers...
